About the Role As a Molding Process Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will leverage your expertise in injection molding to drive continuous improvement, resolve complex technical challenges, and optimize production workflows to meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities Fine-tune injection molding parameters to ensure consistent output and superior product quality. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve molding defects, significantly reducing scrap rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cycle times and overall equipment effectiveness. Implement process improvements that directly impact production efficiency and operational throughput. Perform routine troubleshooting on industrial automation equipment to maintain seamless production cycles. Document process development changes to ensure standardized operating procedures are followed. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a process technician or similar role. Deep technical proficiency in injection molding processes and equipment. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and process-related issues. Strong understanding of process engineering principles and production optimization. Preferred Skills Experience with continuous improvement methodologies in a high-volume environment. Background in industrial automation and equipment maintenance. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage technical projects effectively.
