  • Paid Time Off What You'll Do Optimize injection molding and/or other plastics manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time.
Set up and adjusts machinery such as plastic molding machines, grinders, dryers, plus any other type of auxiliary equipment. May be responsible for assuming supervisor's duties during absences or breaks. Orientates, trains and assists Material Handlers. Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to job change forecasts printed from Plant Star system. Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. Performs safe and efficient mold changes . Trouble shoot difficulties in running jobs to make them run to the highest possible potential and work with the production personnel to solve any other molding problems. Education & Experience
  • Two + years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics processing.
  • Equivalent combination of education, hands-on experience, and technical training will be considered.

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
