Job Description
Kelly® Engineering is seeking a
- Senior Process Control Engineer

- Responsibilities
- : + Design and implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS-based control systems + Develop control documentation including P&IDs, loop diagrams, I/O lists, and control narratives + Specify instrumentation, control panels, and industrial communication networks + Tune PID and advanced control loops to improve process performance + Analyze system data to identify efficiency improvements and reduce downtime + Implement advanced control strategies (cascade, feedforward, ratio control) + Lead integration of utility systems including steam, boilers, chilled water, compressed air, and water treatment + Support combustion control systems, emissions monitoring, and balance-of-plant operations + Integrate control systems with plant electrical infrastructure and MCCs + Specify and troubleshoot process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level) + Perform root cause analysis for control and instrumentation failures + Program
PLC/HMI/SCADA
systems (Rockwell / Allen-Bradley preferred) + Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and plant startup activities + Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, ISA, and applicable safety standards + Support safety instrumented systems (SIS), alarm management, and HAZOP participation- Qualifications
