Job Description
We are seeking experienced Process Technicians for our 2nd and 3rd shift operations at our Spring Lake location. If you have experience as a Process Technician in a plastics manufacturing environment and can troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines and robots then you are asked to apply to this position. •Prior Process Technician experience within a plastic injection molding environment is required•Responsibilities include: Starting up and monitoring injection molding machines. Utilizing continuous improvement tools to reduce downtime, improve quality, reduce scrap, and achieve labor efficiency targets. Changing out tooling and assisting operators as needed. Troubleshooting machine issues.
