Role Summary Located in Fenton, MO, 63026, our team is looking for a driven Chemical Engineer to contribute to our success. You will utilize your technical skills to refine and create chemical operations, prioritizing operational safety and performance. We invite candidates who are enthusiastic about sustainable practices and industrial innovation to apply. Core Duties Create and execute chemical production workflows to boost output and quality. Perform testing and data evaluation to help improve overall process performance. Work alongside various departments to identify and fix manufacturing challenges. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all environmental and safety standards. Generate and keep up-to-date technical records and project documentation. Contribute to the creation of innovative products and emerging technologies. Offer technical guidance and instruction to help support the production team. Required Skills and Experience A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discipline. Background in working with silicone, ceramics, metallurgic materials, or epoxies. At least two years of professional experience within chemical process engineering. Strong capabilities in analytical thinking and resolving complex problems. Skilled in using data analysis programs and process simulation software. Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective team collaboration. Understanding of industry-specific environmental and safety compliance protocols. Ability to thrive while managing tasks in a high-speed, cooperative setting.
