Required Skills and Experience A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discipline. Background in working with silicone, ceramics, metallurgic materials, or epoxies. At least two years of professional experience within chemical process engineering. Strong capabilities in analytical thinking and resolving complex problems. Skilled in using data analysis programs and process simulation software. Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective team collaboration. Understanding of industry-specific environmental and safety compliance protocols. Ability to thrive while managing tasks in a high-speed, cooperative setting.
