MUST HAVE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING AND SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on supervisor that is able to process, setup and startup plastic injection molding equipment in a medium sized manufacturing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Startup and Manage 10-12 Injection Molding Machines while continuously reviewing Parts during the Shift
  • Supervise 8-12 Employees
  • Follow and Enforce all Safety Rules
  • Use Production Schedule to assign Tasks and Priorities during the Shift
  • Troubleshoot Manufacturing and Assembly Processes
  • Review and Record Production Numbers
  • Assist in Mold and Equipment Setup, Employee Training and Quality Control as
Needed Applicant Needs:
  • Minimum 2 years plastics manufacturing experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Time Management Skills
  • Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechanical and Industrial Skills
  • Team-oriented and Self-Directed
  • Good communication and Leadership Skills
  • Required to operate Forklift and Overhead Crane.
On-site Licensing/Training Work Environment:
  • Good Work-Life balance. 8-Hour Day Shift with 2 Saturdays/Month
  • Climate controlled Environment
  • Moderate Noise Level
  • Regular exposure to moving Mechanical Parts Will hopefully have:
  • 2 years Supervising Experience
  • 4 years Injection Molding Experience Position to start Immediately.
