Triangular Park

Duration:

12 Months with possible extension Upto 3 years

Onsite :

5 days week and maybe occasional weekends for 3-4 hours a day Onsite

The successful candidate will join the Pilot Scale Development team at client, focusing on supporting development lab runs, data aggregation and modeling for manufacturing recombinant proteins at the pilot scale (50-1000L).

Work will be centered around supporting E2E operations of fed batch platform development using stainless and disposable equipment.

Responsibilities

The individual will operate stainless and single-use equipment from thaw to DS fill, supporting lab work to achieve CMC milestones and 2025 pilot goals. Responsibilities include planning, documenting, and analyzing experiments, using modeling tools for process predictions, and assisting with tech transfers to client manufacturing facilities. They will maintain and calibrate equipment, troubleshoot, perform repairs, and commission new equipment as needed. Additionally, the role involves ensuring lab productivity, supporting lab upgrades, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation projects.

Qualifications:

Solid background in laboratory setting. Previous experience with sterile technique and biologics development experienced at any scale are preferred.

The ideal candidate is a flexible, fast learner with a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. In addition, the candidate should have excellent laboratory, computer, documentation and organizational skills, as well as good communication abilities.

Education:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering related field with 1 year of work experience in a lab environment or Biotechnology company preferred
