Job Description
The Process Engineer supports the Technical and Quality team in refining and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and product quality. This role will apply engineering principles, statistical process control (SPC), and Lean methodologies to reduce variation, improve yields, minimize waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the roofing manufacturing operation.
- Safety & Environmental Promote and maintain a strong safety culture; ensure strict adherence to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical Engineerings or related technical field (Required) 2-3+ Years Manufacturing or Process Engineering (Required) 1+ Years Experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment (Required) Roofing, building materials manufacturing experience (Preferred) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
