We are looking for a Process Engineering Intern for 2026 to gain experience by being involved with optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiencies, and supporting product quality initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You Will Do
- Assist Engineers within the Strategic Performance Engineering team by contributing to 2D and 3D design tasks, conducting data analysis, performing material movement assessments, and evaluating area layouts.
- Collaborate with engineering by utilizing models, drawings, or sketches to review and revise current layouts, ensuring support for process modifications and equipment placements.
- Learn to make recommendations for cost reductions and improvements to increase efficiency.
- Learn to use critical thinking skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Openly share job knowledge with co-workers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Basic experience using 2D & 3D CAD systems/models
- Basic ability to read and interpret prints and drawings
- Basic ability to use standard tools and measurement equipment
- Ability to communicate and share knowledge with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
