Job Description

. Engineer Plastic Contract Injection Molding Process Manufacturing Engineer Applications Process Tooling Development _ . Seeking BS Engineering and 5+ years experience in plastic molding as tooling, manufacturing or process engineer.

  • Design new molds and tooling based on customer product requirements and automotive industry quality standards.
  • New mold sampling, troubleshooting and validation experie3nce.
  • Track record in materials, tooling and process development and improvement.
  • Ability to specify, source, purchase and commission new molding machinery.
Shall:
  • Research, design and implement new manufacturing processes, materials, tooling and machinery.
  • Drive cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency.
  • Transfer technology from pilot plant to manufacturing facilities.
  • Optimize molding, setup, and overall manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot molding and manufacturing processes and material issues.

Due to recent company growth, this particular position is poised for upward advancement over the next several years. This position is the key contributor toward continued growth as a company and the employment packages reflect that fact. Salary $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus plan; company paid full family coverage medical, dental, prescription and vision; matched 401(k); and stock options are only parts of the complete program.
