What You'll Be Doing Support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve production processes and reduce variability. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot process challenges and implement solutions. Participate in safety, environmental, and continuous improvement programs to support operational excellence. Develop technical knowledge through hands-on training, project work, and mentorship from experienced professionals. What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering discipline. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions. Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a commitment to working effectively across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results. Work Environment Primarily based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Frequent interaction with production equipment, operating areas, and plant personnel. Combination of office-based analysis and field-based project work. Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety standards. Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
