Summer 2027 Manufacturing Intern Dairy Farmers of America United States, Mexico, Portales 1820 South Industrial Drive (Show on map) Oct 19, 2026 Primary Duties /
Responsibilities:
Learn DFA Portales plant processes and procedures, from milk intake to final product. Participate as a member of a team or lead an individual project to improve on a KPI or deliverable for the plant Work cross-functionally between the production, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams to understand losses in those areas and work on corrective actions or initiatives to address these losses Learn more about DFA by visiting an area dairy
Utilize lean six-sigma tools and Microsoft Office to collect and analyze data, identify causes of loss, and implement countermeasures
