onsemi is seeking a Cleans Module Engineer. You will develop and support the manufacturing of 300mm silicon wafers used for Automotive and Consumer applications throughout the world. You will also provide process engineering support for additional process areas. In this team-based environment, you will work closely with integration, process and equipment teams to provide robust, quality products to our customers. Bachelor's Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Related Technical Discipline Experience Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience. Minimum 2 years in Cleans Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, or Module Engineering roles. Demonstrated leadership of large-scale improvement projects. Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments. Technical Skills Deep understanding of Clean processes and Clean equipment. Expertise in statistical process control (SPC).
Experience with:
DOE methodology Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) Yield analysis Root Cause Analysis FMEA Process qualification methodologies Strong data analytics capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree or PhD in Engineering or Physical Sciences. Experience with SCREEN or TEL single wafer and BATCH platforms Experience supporting automotive, power semiconductor, or image sensor technologies.
Salary:
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,800 to $102,100, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
