Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for injection molding operations
Serve as the technical leader for injection molding processes, driving innovation and best practices
Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot injection molding processes utilizing engineered and commodity resins
Act as the primary manufacturing resource during Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to ensure product feasibility
Deliver training on advanced processing techniques, setup procedures, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Support production goals through close collaboration and coordination with the Engineering Manager Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of engineering resins, injection molding equipment, tooling, scientific molding, and plastic structural foam processes
Lean, Six Sigma, or quality certifications preferred
