- Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for injection molding operations
- Serve as the technical leader for injection molding processes, driving innovation and best practices
- Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot injection molding processes utilizing engineered and commodity resins
- Act as the primary manufacturing resource during Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to ensure product feasibility
- Deliver training on advanced processing techniques, setup procedures, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Support production goals through close collaboration and coordination with the Engineering Manager Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of engineering resins, injection molding equipment, tooling, scientific molding, and plastic structural foam processes
- Lean, Six Sigma, or quality certifications preferred
