  • Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for injection molding operations
  • Serve as the technical leader for injection molding processes, driving innovation and best practices
  • Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot injection molding processes utilizing engineered and commodity resins
  • Act as the primary manufacturing resource during Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to ensure product feasibility
  • Deliver training on advanced processing techniques, setup procedures, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Support production goals through close collaboration and coordination with the Engineering Manager Key Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of engineering resins, injection molding equipment, tooling, scientific molding, and plastic structural foam processes
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or quality certifications preferred
