PROCESS ENGINEER JOB SUMMARY
TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio molding division.
JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for supporting the plant with efficiencies, scrap issues, training and process documentation. Process documentation which includes process updates, process verification sheets and process auditing. Share responsibilities with the New Product Process Engineer with regards to launching new tools, new process development and related documentation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support production needs related to efficiency Work with tool shops from TO samples on tool corrections to be completed before tool is released to production Complete in-house samples along with sample critique Update process packs setups as needed Assist production with process issues that can be related to press or tool problems and work to get them resolved in a timely manner Work with tooling and maintenance on improvements Generate work orders for mold and machine repair Coordinate samples being ran and attend new project kickoffs and development meetings Travel to new tools and sampling at different tool shops during the development of new tooling
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with all members of the team RJG / E-Dart Experience 4 yr degree in Engineering or a related technical field Must be self motivated, work well independently and have excellent time management skills
