$80,000 - $95,000 We are a growing manufacturing organization specializing in precision-engineered products and advanced production technologies. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in optimizing CNC machining processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting high-quality manufacturing operations in a collaborative plant environment. What You Will Be Doing Develop, optimize, and improve assembly processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Support assembly operations including washing, pressing, leak testing, and other production processes. Select and implement tooling, equipment, and automation solutions for assembly lines. Troubleshoot production, equipment, and quality issues while supporting root cause analysis activities. Develop and maintain work instructions, setup sheets, PFMEA documentation, and process standards. Analyze production data, cycle times, downtime, and process performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives. What You Need For This Job 3+ years of manufacturing, assembly, process engineering, or industrial engineering experience. Strong understanding of assembly processes, machine operations, manufacturing systems, and production environments. Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar process improvement methodologies. Experience creating work instructions, process documentation, setup sheets, and standardized work procedures. Basic CAD experience for drawing modifications and manufacturing support.
