Butler, PA Cleveland-Cliffs, Butler Works, has an immediate opening for a Process Control Engineer. The Process Control Engineer will be responsible for supporting and developing new and existing applications and programs in our Finishing Division. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a complex environment. Summary of Responsibilities Support existing Automation Systems on operational units. Design and implement Automation System upgrades on new and existing units. Interact with multiple departments to implement process changes and commission new units. Analyze problems to find root causes involving user contact occasionally to diagnose the problem. Be willing to respond to troubleshoot calls on a 24/7 basis. Perform other duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience with DC drives (Powerflex, ABB, Sinamics, or Reliance) and large DC motors Experience in PLC programming (ControlLogix, TIA Portal, or Automax). Experience with SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, Ignition, WinCC) Experience with Trending systems (iba) Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of industrial automation experience.Administration Location:
