Accudyn manufactures over 4,000 custom products supporting customers in the medical, appliance, automotive, electrical, and construction industries. As a Processing Engineer in Injection Molding , you will be responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing injection molding processes that ensure consistent production of high-quality molded components across a diverse set of industries and applications. This role will work closely with production, quality, tooling, and engineering teams to support new product launches, improve process capability, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing performance. How You Will Make a Difference Develop and optimize injection molding processes to ensure product quality, repeatability, and efficient cycle times. Support new product launches through mold sampling, process development, and production readiness activities. Conduct DOE studies and analyze process data to troubleshoot issues and improve process performance. Establish and maintain standard process parameters, control limits, and supporting documentation. Work closely with quality and tooling teams to ensure product capability and mold performance. Provide technical troubleshooting support to processors, setup technicians, and production teams. Identify and implement improvements to reduce scrap, improve cycle efficiency, and increase process stability. Maintain process documentation including setup parameters, water diagrams, and sampling records. Support plant standards and continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and operational excellence efforts. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
