Job Highlights The Rotational Engineer Program is a 2 - 3 year development program with rotations at the Americas headquarters and multiple manufacturing plants. Rotational Engineers develop a foundation in the Lanxess organization and grow their core engineering skills prior to taking engineering roles at manufacturing plants in North America. Rotational Engineers learn hands-on by developing compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during their rotations.

Experience / Skills

BS in Chemical Engineering 0 - 3 years of engineering experience with prior intern/co-op experience in manufacturing and/or design preferred Strong problem solving and communication skills Ability to travel and relocate over a period of 2 - 3 years
