Associate Director - Cost Consultancy

You'll Be Responsible For:

Applying strong health and safety expertise across project portfolios. Fostering an inclusive environment that supports team wellbeing. Directing estimating, cost planning and presentation of cost plans. Managing effective, compliant procurement processes. Delivering cost management services that drive strategic outcomes. Ensuring ethical, commercially sound operations supporting net‑zero goals. Mentoring and developing teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

You'll Need To Have:

Requires having laboratory and/or experience in other pharmaceutical, life sciences projects. NEC Option A & C. Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent). Professional membership i.e.

MRICS/RICS

(or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. The estimated salary for this position is $170,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications. Our Values Safety First
