Process Engineer - Injection Molding / Medical Devices Stop putting out fires. Start engineering processes that don't create them. $90,000-$120,000 | Relocation Assistance Available | Full-Time | On-Site Some process engineers spend their days reacting to quality problems. The best ones figure out why they happen—and engineer processes that prevent them. We're recruiting a Process Engineer for an established medical device manufacturer looking for someone who enjoys solving complex injection molding challenges and building reliable, repeatable manufacturing processes. Here's where you'll make an impact: Own the process. Develop, optimize, and control plastic injection molding and secondary manufacturing operations. Make quality measurable. Use SPC, process capability studies, PFMEAs, and control plans to reduce variation and improve consistency. Validate with confidence. Lead
IQ/OQ/PQ
activities and support regulated medical device manufacturing. Solve the root cause. Investigate recurring defects, CAPAs, and nonconformances—and implement lasting corrective actions. Get involved early. Support new product introductions, design transfers, and production launches. What you'll bring: 3-7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience. Strong hands-on understanding of injection molding, tooling, and polymers. Experience with process validation, SPC, PFMEAs, and structured problem-solving. Familiarity with
ISO 13485, FDA
quality requirements, or other regulated manufacturing environments. A data-driven approach and a willingness to spend time on the production floor. Relocating? Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. If you're the kind of engineer who would rather eliminate a recurring problem than keep troubleshooting it, I'd like to hear from you.
