Summary:
Seeking a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, support production operations, lead continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and execute capital projects. The Process Engineer will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability throughout the facility. As a
Process Engineer, You Will:
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance and reduce process variability. Lead the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and process control systems. Establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs to support product quality and process consistency. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for manufacturing equipment and production processes. Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and prioritize corrective actions. Work cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and R D departments to achieve business objectives. Develop project scopes of work (SOW), manage project activities, and support capital projects from concept through commissioning. Support Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) reviews. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Assist with PLC troubleshooting, process automation, and control system improvements. Present technical findings, project updates, and process improvement recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience with process controls, manufacturing troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
