Chester, SC Summary:

The Process Engineering Technician is responsible for performing all technician tasks and duties assigned to them by a Process Engineer. Will work alongside a Process Engineer and report to the Manager of Process Engineering.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Verify all tooling and assist with their installation Verify machine set ups and if required assist with the required adjustments Analyze Data to determine areas to focus on for continuous improvement Troubleshooting day to day issues Assist Process Engineer with developing and testing new processes and projects Assist in the dispositions of component and product related anomalies Assist in training and verification of operators to the SOP process

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Education:

High School or two-year vocational degree

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Technical report writing Ability to work independently and in a team environment]

Physical Requirements:

Stand/walk/move about specific work area Bend/reach/twist/stoop Lift to 50+ lbs. on a frequent basis

Work Environment:

Combination of office and plant-floor learning experiences. Exposure to industrial equipment, heat, and noise (PPE provided).
