Operations Manager Penmac Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential manufacturing client seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support and optimize specialty polymer manufacturing operations in Spartanburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys process improvement, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and driving operational excellence in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
