76102 Description Skyworks Technology & Manufacturing Group is looking for a Summer/Fall Co-op to automate the TO flow for a broad range of foundry technologies (CMOS, SOI, BiCMOS, BCD) for our growing portfolio. Candidate will assist in developing the tape-out flow to ensure MASK accuracy, optimizing the system for better execution and better managing the cross-functional collaboration with internal customer and external foundry partners. #LI-DNI Responsibilities- Develop and optimize a technology featured based tape-out process that ensures process MASK accuracy
- Consolidate and create a DRC waiver master file for all Foundry technologies
- Create lessons learning document and proposing TO guidelines Required Experience and Skills
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics
- Basic knowledge in semiconductor technology, process integration and manufacturing
- Device knowledge in MOSFET, BJT and other semiconductor devices
- Good communication, collaboration skills, and strong capability to learn on the job Desired Experience and Skills
- Lab experience with semiconductor devices
- Basic knowledge in Foundry PDK (Spice model, LVS, DRC, PEX, etc), CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso) and IC design flow The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00
- $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50
