What to Expect Tesla is seeking an Manager, Process Engineering to lead process engineering for crystalline silicon manufacturing at a massive 100 GW scale. Reporting to the Senior Production Engineering Manager, you will own day-to-day process performance, yield, and quality for an assigned area - Ingot, Wafer, or Cell, depending on experience. You will lead process engineers and technicians to define and hold process windows, resolve yield and quality issues, and deliver stable, high-output manufacturing during greenfield launch and ramp. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on data-driven process control, develops technical people, and improves both First and Last Pass yield.
