This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in manufacturing processes, equipment troubleshooting, and process engineering, with a focus on optimizing productivity and quality. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions within a dynamic industrial environment. Duties Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies or defects and implement corrective actions. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAD tools to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and design modifications. Program and operate CNC machines, robots, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support manufacturing operations. Perform machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and production to optimize processes. Maintain compliance with
ISO 9001
standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility. Assist in developing and updating technical documentation such as schematics, process flow diagrams, and work instructions. Conduct factory experience tasks including equipment troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and factory layout modifications. Skills Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques for managing production timelines. Strong root cause analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues. Extensive experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; familiarity with CAM programming for machining processes. Knowledge of CNC programming, robotics programming, and industrial automation systems including PLCs. Hands-on experience with plastics injection molding processes and tooling design. Mechanical knowledge encompassing fabrication, welding techniques, electrical wiring interpretation, and equipment troubleshooting. Familiarity with process engineering concepts including lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and factory layouts. Data analysis skills for monitoring process performance metrics and implementing improvements. Strong cross-functional communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Experience working within manufacturing environments that adhere toISO 9001
standards. Competence in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control.
