Coordinate all CMOS Product/Process Integration activities only after the technology has completed the development phase. Lead multifunctional teams to investigate root causes of yield and quality excursions and determine required actions needed to prevent recurrence. Oversee and aid in the transition of CMOS technologies from risk release to full production. Manage all activities regarding parametric, functional, and reticle preparation in the wafer fab. Provide interface between CMOS Research and Development team, the product engineering groups and the wafer fab. Track and improve XFAB goals, such as probe yield, parametric yield, cp/Cpk, cost etc. Direct continuous improvement on quality and reliability of products in production in X-FAB Texas. Work with a multifunctional team to propose new processes and process modules, and determine efficacy, resources required and market value. Identify and assess the risk associated with process changes as part of the local Change Control Board. Manage required resources to support sustaining activities for all active CMOS customers. Manage customer interaction and expectations regarding yield enhancement efforts. Deliver high-quality services to our internal and external customers. Support performance reviews and mentor others within the yield enhancement team. Attract and recruit technical talent to the organization. Requires a bachelors degree in Material Science, Material Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience as a Process Development Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related occupation. Also requires experience with CMOS discrete device physics; Key SiC power device physics, basic operation and FOM, and CMOS/SiC device processing; design of experiments and statistical analysis methods; MES; Wafermap Client/SDA; and Wafer fabs in semiconductor industry.
