Job Description
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sr Process Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting process optimization and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality Analyze production data to identify areas for process enhancement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues Lead process validation and documentation efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards Support continuous improvement initiatives through innovative problem-solving techniques What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations What's in it for me?
