Job Description

Manpower Engineering seeks a Regional Process Controls Engineer to support diverse client sites in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. You will design, implement, and optimize process control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA), standardize control strategies across facilities, troubleshoot complex automation issues, and lead commissioning and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and provide technical guidance to client engineering teams while leveraging Manpower's training and career development resources. Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize PLC/DCS/SCADA-based process control systems for regional client sites Standardize and document control strategies, logic, and best practices across multiple facilities Troubleshoot complex automation and controls issues and drive root cause analysis Lead commissioning, startup, and upgrades of control systems and related instrumentation Collaborate with client engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure compliant, reliable operations Develop technical documentation, P&IDs, and functional specifications Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client engineering and maintenance teams Support continuous improvement and data-driven optimization of process performance Required Skills Process control design PLC programming DCS configuration
