Apply Apply Now Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work with Manufacturing Engineering on daily tasks to include but not limited to: complete various design projects, writing work instructions, quality alerts, change requests, tooling/fixture drawings, and other documentation as required. Work as part of a team to develop and implement solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges. Update value stream maps, shop floor layouts, and perform time studies. Participate in kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve processes, assist with lean initiatives, and document workflow and results. Assist with various research, testing, and evaluations Process documentation, conduct data analysis, and perform manufacturing audits Assist with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing Complete projects as assigned by Engineering Manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program in Engineering Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, and PC skills including Microsoft Office Experience working in a team environment Safety conscious Self-motivated and disciplined with a hands-on approach to problem solving Commitment to full-time (40 hour) Summer/Fall Co-op experience in Sherman, TX from January 2027-August 2027. Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering Junior or senior standing Direct experience with AutoCAD/SOLIDWORKS and the development of drawings Six months generalized work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment General Lean Manufacturing knowledge Our Culture & Commitment to
