Scope:
According to customer and internal specifications, designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment for the manufacture of PCB's, including process optimization and continual improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English. Ability to use personal experience, education, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. Focus on process yield and improvement. Interact with customers regarding process improvement and failure analysis. Support manufacturing by process definition and implementation. Ability to specify materials, tools, equipment (when possible), and process parameters. Ability to assist in training of manufacturing personnel. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
