- Technical Lead (T05 level), overseeing Human Factors Engineering (HFE) on the Sentinel Human Systems Integration (HSI) Specialty Engineering team.
Basic Qualifications:
Educational background in psychology, human factors, HCI-related field, or engineering from an accredited university, and at least 12 years of related experience, with a Bachelors; OR at least 10 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree; OR 8 year of relevant experience with a PhD degree Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs 3+ years of Experience with Human Factors in a defense contracting environment (familiarity with Mil-Std-1472G andANSI/HFES 100-2007
), DoD UI/UX Design Experience Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations, with ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience 2+ years working in requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS)Preferred Qualifications:
