MTS Etch Process Engineer:
We are seeking candidates for the position of Etch Process Engineer with a strong passion for developing processes for new technology offerings and advanced manufacturing, to expand GF's technology portfolio.Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate across product development and process integration to determine and develop etch processes. Develop and execute experiments to progress R&D projects in a 200mm High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) foundry environment. Collaborate with experts across GF fabs to promote sharing and learning across fabs Collaborate with Equipment Suppliers to determine industry capabilities and evaluate options applicable to GF technology roadmap Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-class practices across fabs.Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Required Qualifications:
Education- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D Degree in electrical / electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Physics or related field. Experience
- Minimum 5 year of working experience in etch process development. Skills
- Knowledge and hands on experience with etch tooling Fluency in English Language
- written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience- Worked in a semiconductor fabrication facility. Experience
- Broad knowledge in 200mm patterning processes Project management skills
- i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning & organizational skills. Expected Salary Range $98,000.00
- $176,000.
