Job Description

Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a RD&A Technician to join their team. As a RD&A Technician, you will be part of the Research, Development & Application team supporting innovation and product enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st What's the Job? Lead and develop new preservation and freshness preservation system tools using innovative design techniques. Engage in customer requests projects from concept through commercialization and troubleshooting. Develop project and experimental plans, evaluate in-market products, and optimize formulations. Collaborate with production teams to transfer technology for scale-up and commercialization trials. Design prototypes and process workflows to meet customer needs, including manufacturing process development and optimization. What's Needed? Basic understanding of process troubleshooting and development. Ability to develop and evaluate innovative solutions for preservation systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
