Key Responsibilities Manage process engineering projects from design through installation and startup. Create P&IDs and PFDs using AutoCAD 2D. Perform fluid flow and thermal calculations for pumps, piping, valves, and heat exchangers. Select equipment and prepare technical specifications and purchase requisitions. Review and validate designs for skids, tanks, and process equipment. Ensure designs meet project requirements, contracts, and sanitary standards. Support control panel design and PLC programming. Assist with sales estimates, technical reviews, and pre-bid drawings. Oversee piping installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training. Resolve design issues, punch-list items, and warranty concerns. Travel approximately 35% for site visits and installation oversight. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of fluid or thermal system design experience. Experience developing P&IDs and PFDs. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Experience designing sanitary systems for food processing applications.
