SummaryThis position will be responsible for water/wastewater projects across Arkansas. As a member of the team, you will be involved in planning, designing, and assisting with the management of a wide variety of projects. This position will serve as a key part of our water/wastewater team and will have the opportunity to work on challenging turnkey projects with an experienced design team while also gaining valuable knowledge from professional engineers with many years of experience.

ResponsibilitiesCost estimating and preliminary designAssisting with funding applications and environmental studiesPerform detailed reviews, studies, analyses, etc., and prepares detailed report on results and findingsDeveloping construction plans and specificationsPerforming detailed design calculationsConsulting with clients to obtain and relay information relating to projectsAssisting in the management of projects through constructionQualificationsBachelors degree in civil engineering or related engineering fieldMust be Registered Civil Engineer in the State of ArkansasKnowledge of regulations, policies, and proceduresBasic knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processesInitiative and ability to exercise independent judgmentCreativityProblem solvingTime management and planningMicrosoft OfficeCritical thinking skillsCandidates must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the companys driving (MVR) policy. TravelMost travel is limited to short or day trips to visit jobsites, meet clients, etc. Overnight trips are not generally required.
