Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project participants and ensure cohesive flow and distribution of project administration and requirements. Review and distribute Submittals, RFIs, maintain Logs and all material and equipment procurement in correlation to baseline schedule. Attend meetings and maintain meeting minutes with Project Manager's supervision Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation. Recognize and manage project changes/revisions with cost and schedule impacts. Includes receiving, reviewing, and preparing change orders for Project Manager's review. Review and understand specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Construction Management with 1+ years of relevant work experience. Ability to read drawings and specifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills, dependable and functions effectively in a team environment.
