Key responsibilities include:
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Participate in project meetings and help drive action items to completion Track submittals, RFIs, permits, and project documentation Assist with project cost tracking and production monitoring Support field operations and help ensure project quality, safety, and compliance standards Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Contribute to successful project delivery What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field Internship or experience in heavy civil construction preferred Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively with field and office personnel Desire to learn and grow within the construction industry Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities Experience with construction management software is a plus Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Wants to build a long-term career in construction Enjoys learning from experienced industry professionals Likes being both in the office and out in the field Is proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Takes pride in delivering quality work Thrives in a team environment where accountability matters Benefits DCS Contracting offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) options Life Insurance Company paid Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick time Paid holidays Employee recognition and appreciation programs Professional development and career growth opportunities Join a Team That Builds Arizona If you're ready to work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced industry leaders, and build a career with a company that invests in its people, we encourage you to apply.
