Prefab Project Engineer Location:
Gilbert, AZ Job Type:

Competitive Salary - Based on Experience Prefabrication Project Engineer Primary Responsibilities Support prefab project execution from planning through production. Create purchase orders and track material procurement in Plexxis ERP. Maintain production schedules and tracking reports in Excel and Smartsheet. Perform inventory cycle counts and material reconciliation. Develop and execute QA/QC inspection checklists. Collect, organize, and analyze production and quality data. Coordinate with fabrication, field, and project management teams. Assist with process improvement initiatives and production planning. Read construction drawings and verify production requirements. Support fabrication operations as needed. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Bluebeam. Experience with inventory management and cycle counts. Experience creating and managing QA/QC documentation. Experience with ERP systems (Plexxis preferred). Construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, or industrial experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with both office and shop personnel. Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Comfortable moving between the fabrication floor and the office. Enjoys solving operational problems. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Interested in improving processes and driving efficiency. Wants to grow into a larger operations or project management role.
Pay:
$65,452.13 - $78,824.07 per year
