Summary:
Leads project management activities for assigned construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with Air Force standards and successful project delivery.
Contingent Upon Award Key Duties:
Oversee project execution, monitor schedules, and manage project risks. Review design documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate with contractors, government staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Prepare and present technical reports and project briefings. Track project milestones, deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in facility project/program management). Experience with government or military construction projects preferred. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
