Job Summary Our Project Engineers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage project controls to ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, schedules, and job costing. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely, on-budget completion. Support monthly forecasting, cost tracking, and preparation of client pay estimates. Oversee material deliveries for quality, quantity, and contract compliance. Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients. Collaborate with field personnel to ensure efficient and aligned project execution. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, or Management), or a related field - or equivalent relevant job experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with construction-specific software platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
