This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys a mix of technical design, project coordination, and client interaction while working on a diverse portfolio of site development projects. Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus opportunities Strong benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off Flexible work environment with hybrid scheduling options Professional development support, including licensure and continuing education assistance Collaborative culture with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement Exposure to a wide variety of commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects What You'll Do Prepare construction plans, feasibility studies, cost estimates, drainage reports, and other engineering documents Coordinate with clients, agencies, and consulting partners throughout the entitlement and permitting process Develop grading plans, roadway layouts, utility plans, and site development designs using Civil 3D Perform calculations and design for stormwater systems, utilities, and site infrastructure improvements Research local design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements Collaborate with designers, drafters, and project teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget Support land development projects ranging from small commercial sites to large master-planned communities Assist with project management, budgeting, invoicing, and contract administration Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and team coordination efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required 5+ years of civil engineering experience within land development Strong background in site development design and project delivery Experience preparing grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surfaces, corridors, alignments, and profiles Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
