The Opportunity We are partnering with a national-scale multifamily developer, owner, and builder seeking a Project Engineer to join its construction team. The company has an extensive track record of delivering large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments, including projects valued at $100M+ , and offers an excellent environment for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction management. Prior multifamily experience is not required . The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career construction professional with a relevant degree who wants hands-on exposure to large, complex construction projects while learning directly from experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and senior leadership. What You'll Do As a Project Engineer, you will support both the project management and field teams throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities will include:

Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and material tracking Maintain drawing logs, submittal logs, RFI logs, and other project controls Help review plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes of work Assist with change orders, cost tracking, and project reporting Participate in subcontractor, owner, architect, and project coordination meetings Work closely with field leadership to help resolve design and construction issues Assist with punch lists, inspections, closeout documentation, and project turnover Maintain accurate project records using construction management software Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of large-scale, ground-up multifamily construction What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Approximately 0-2 years of construction experience preferred Previous internship, co-op, or Project Engineer experience with a general contractor or developer is a plus, but not required Multifamily construction experience is a plus, but not required Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Comfortable working collaboratively between both field and office teams Motivated to learn and grow into increasing levels of project management responsibility Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software is beneficial Why This Opportunity?
