Job Description
Overview Mirabella at Arizona State University is a premier Life Plan Community located on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, offering residents a vibrant lifestyle enriched by lifelong learning, culture, and connection. We are seeking a Building Engineer to help maintain our community's buildings, systems, and equipment while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and team members. What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect, maintain, and repair building systems, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, access control, and related equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests, community alarms, emergency calls, and building system issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance and highly specialized repairs to support safe and efficient community operations.
- Assist with emergency response efforts, including fire alarms and other urgent situations, while following established safety procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members while maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 / annually DOE About You- Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance, engineering, HVAC, MEP, or a related skilled trade.
- Trade certifications, HVAC certification, or Universal Recovery License preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems maintenance.
- Ability to read specifications, plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
