In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams including governmental agencies, manage project schedules, and ensure that all aspects of construction management and system design meet rigorous standards. Your expertise will drive project success, optimize resource utilization, and deliver innovative infrastructure solutions that benefit communities and clients alike. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects relation to fiber optic cable installation. Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Project scheduling software to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing construction estimating techniques to maintain budget control. Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software for drafting schematics, system design, and technical documentation. Conduct construction management activities such as site inspections, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring through construction inspection processes. Apply GIS technologies like ArcGIS and HEC tools for spatial analysis, hydrology modeling (SWMM), and geotechnical assessments. Coordinate land surveying efforts and ensure accurate data collection for project planning and execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including permitting authorities, to develop integrated solutions. Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and clear communication materials through technical writing. Oversee project engineering tasks from design development through construction completion while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Skills Proficiency in project scheduling software and construction management platforms for effective timeline tracking. Expertise in CAD programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation for drafting and system schematics. Strong knowledge of GIS applications including ArcGIS for spatial data analysis and mapping. Familiarity with hydrology modeling tools like SWMM and HEC software for water-related projects. Experience with construction estimating techniques to accurately forecast costs and resource needs. Ability to perform construction inspection ensuring quality control and compliance with specifications. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles related to water treatment systems, hydraulics, land surveying, geotechnical engineering, and system design. Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports, proposals, and project documentation. Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across various phases of a project.
