Job Description
Production Lead Trainee - Manufacturing Offshore Manufacturing and Design LLC has been operating in the Valley for over 15 years, creating jobs and supporting the local economy through American manufacturing. Our products support oil and gas exploration operations across the United States, strategically serving customers throughout the Rockies and Texas regions. We are located in Chandler near I-10 & Chandler Blvd and are currently hiring multiple team members with strong advancement potential. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Production Lead Trainee for our hydroforming and robotic welding manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with strong organizational skills, leadership potential, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Previous leadership experience is not required; however, candidates should demonstrate initiative, accountability, problem-solving ability, and the aptitude to grow into a production leadership role. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to lead by example while working alongside the production team. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a high-energy manufacturing role requiring strong multitasking, communication, and mechanical aptitude.
Schedule & Pay First Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed Full-time position (40+ hours/week) Starting payDOE:
$18.00-$19.00/hour Benefits Medical Insurance 7 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Weekly Production Bonuses Productivity Incentives Career Advancement Opportunities Desired Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles Experience operating machinery and working with metal products Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Experience with band saws, lathes, or similar shop equipment preferred Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Responsibilities Support daily production and manufacturing operations Operate machinery, tools, and production equipment Assist with tooling changeovers and workstation setup Coordinate workflow and support production efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Work closely with team members to meet production goals Additional Information Steel-toe boots required Safety glasses and hearing protection provided as needed Indoor manufacturing environment with no customer-facing responsibilities If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow within a manufacturing team environment, we encourage you to apply.
