Responsibilities Emphasize safety during the performance of all daily project responsibilities. Create, manage, process and log RFIs and submittals. Develop and update project schedule with Project Manager and Superintendent Promote sustainable construction and coordinating project LEED requirements. Maintain project progress photographs. Collaborate with the Project Manager in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs. Monitor material deliveries, ensuring all deliveries adhere to the project schedule. Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract documents. Facilitate communication among all project team members. Manage project close-out, including warranty letters, guarantees, and acceptance of work. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with reading drawings and specifications. Working knowledge of Procore document control system. Strong computer skills. Compensation and Benefits $75,000 to $95,000 salary range The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience. This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance.
