Design and assist with site and land development projects, including permitting, grading, drainage, street design, and erosion control to ensure environmental regulation compliance. 4. Conduct laboratory tests for moisture content, liquid limit, plastic limit, consolidation, direct shear, expansion index, as well as corrosivity. 5.
