Construction Project Engineer

Holt Construction is a General Contractor who specializes in restaurants in the commercial fields. Our working territory ranges from San Francisco to the Oregon border but our home office is located in Chico. We are seeking a project engineer who has experience in the commercial field. Job Descriptions The Project Engineer is responsible for Providing the Project Manager with administrative support for all their projects. Communicate and help with support between superintendents and sub-contractors. Assist with processing of RFI's, submittals, change orders and contracts. Assist in the bidding process. Uploading and formatting of drawings. Qualifications Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and procedures. Leadership skills both on-site and in-office. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Experience in Procore Construction Management Software is a plus Experience in Bluebeam is a plus Strong attention to details Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills.
